Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan. Everything is packed and dispatched from our studio in Karachi.
What it costs
Delivery is charged at checkout and depends on the courier you pick and where the parcel is going. The exact amount is shown on the payment screen before you place the order — you will never be charged something you have not seen.
Orders above our free-delivery threshold ship without a delivery charge. The current threshold is shown in the bar at the top of every page and again in your bag.
Some remote areas carry a surcharge, because the journey genuinely costs more. Where that applies it is shown as a separate line at checkout rather than folded into the price.
How long it takes
Most orders leave the studio within one working day.
- Within Karachi: usually next day.
- Other major cities: typically 2 to 3 working days.
- Smaller towns and remote areas: typically 3 to 5 working days.
Engraved bottles take longer, because the plate is cut and fitted by hand before the order goes out. Allow 4 to 6 working days in total.
These are the courier's working estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and the couriers' own backlogs move them.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Have the exact amount ready if you can — riders do not always carry change.
For larger cash-on-delivery orders we may call to confirm the order before dispatch. This is a check against fraudulent orders placed in someone else's name, and it protects you as much as us.
Cash on delivery is not available for every address. Where it is not, the checkout will say so and offer the other payment methods instead.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we send you a link that shows its current status. Guests get the same link — you do not need an account to follow an order.
If the tracking has not moved for more than two working days, contact us and we will chase the courier.
If nobody is home
Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once and will usually call the number on the order first. Make sure the phone number you give us is one you answer — an unreachable number is the single most common reason a parcel comes back to us.
Parcels returned to us undelivered are refunded minus the delivery cost actually incurred.
